BT Complaints Driving Me Mad!!!
After a long spell on the phone to BT today I have acheived nothing at all. All the other numbers they gave me were recorded messages which had nothing to do with my complaint. The cable has become detached from my roof! and the others in the street.
I resorted to e-mail and all I have is an auotomated reply and an e-mail to tell me the person who should be dealing with my complaint is on annual leave. It appears you can no longer get a human being to speak to about a complaint only a recording or by e-mail - what a shambles!

I've had similar problems.

BT Complaint - website to submit complaints
BT are shocking aren't they - I had an terrible experience with BT when I wanted a new phoneline installed in the new house I bought. As this is BT's main business, I thought this would be simple and straight forward - hell no. We had 3 engineers not turn up and one ring from the other end of the country to ask where we lived as he was lost! As a result I setup a bt complaints website so people could submit and share complaints. I hope some of the readers of digital spy can submit their complaints and we will share it on http://www.btcomplaint.com
