Okay guys the countdown is officially on until the 9th YES! 9th season of X Factor begins. We are joined by new judge Nicole Scherzinger along with a series of guest judges. Episode 1 will begin in a matter of hours so lets get discussing the show, which is being billed as having the best crop of artists !!

I'm really excited about this series! Last year's talent was actually one of the best (probably the second best after the class of 2008) with Little Mix, Marcus, Amelia, Misha, Sophie and Kitty. Hopefully this year will find a great variety of talent and it won't be a one-horse-race. One of the many things I loved about last year was that it was so open. Janet was the early favourite, then The Risk, then Marcus, then Amelia, then Little Mix.

Hopefully they'll find another female winner. The male winners rarely deliver.

oh i really want to get behind someone this year! i love it when your so behind an act that you constantly watch their audition etc. on youtube, and when you really follow their journey on the show its great!

If they're on EST they wont be able to get TVCatchup as it's outside the UK.

I'm not sure what the time difference is, but I can tell you it starts 2 hours and 18 minutes from now so you can work it out from that!
