If you've seen one, you've seen them all

"You owned the stage"

"You made it your own"

"Your dreams could end tonight"

"You need to move out of your comfort zone"

"You're in danger tonight"

"You have to be in the final"

And so on...

It's so mind-numbingly awful, I think I'd rather watch TOWIE... Ok maybe that's stretching it a bit, but it's still such a massive pool of ****ness

I'd rather drink a glass of hydrochloric acid than watch that contrived rubbish.

I'm just amazed how after two series of Popstars, two series of Pop Idol, a series of The Voice and now nine series of XF there are still people who find these singing talent shows entertaining.

It's on, but I'm not really watching it. Just caught their competition "prize"...a trip to New York and Justin Bieber tickets ! Just shows the audience they are aiming at.

Watching X Factor and Celeb BB. I don't know what's happened to me. I really need to do some work.

I like the TV shows forum to be free of The X Factor word, I will just let the thread die

No. I can't stand it.
It is complete crap, it has always been crap. It will always be crap.
They have already chosen the winner.
I've never watched it and I never will.

I only like the violent bits

That "Pink" girl who they didnt like had a major strop.

And I see there may be another violent bit coming up in next weeks

I'll do the same as I do every year. I'll record the audition stages as I personally find them amusing, but i'll probably skim through good chunks of it as the backstage stuff and 'reality' stuff doesn't interest me.

I'll then probably record the final judges houses show to see who goes through to the live shows then i'll stop watching as the rest of it also doesn't interest me. as a fan of all music, i do have a mild interest to see what song is picked for the winner and whether or not it's any good, but that's really as far as it goes.

(Cue expected "but it's x-factor so it's never any good" and 800 different variations on that-type replies )

I wonder why so many people always say that. Something to do with it being the obvious truth as proved year after year, maybe. Or perhaps it's just pure coincidence!

Are you serious??? The testcard was more entertaining! I'd rather eat one of my own turds than watch that pile of drivel.

We didn't watch it, or Red and Black! Or Total Wipeout, Casualty et al. We watched Marple on ITV3, followed by Poirot but I dropped off!
