Hi All,
New to forums but having these problems - see attached video links and follow up email to LoveFilm below. Can't understand why it has taken them 4.5 week to respond.

HI Manjunath
Thanks for responding, as I also work in IT I can understand you need to ask these very basic questions, but believe me I have tried all of these (and more - have you read my 2nd posting?), but see my response below.
Regards
Garry
1. I would request you to install/reinstall the Silverlight and make sure that they are no updates pending on the computer.
I have done and updated all. this was the very first thing I did.
2. Could please send us a screen shot of the issue if visible on screen to 'attachments@lovefilm.com'.
I hope you can accept large attachments? I will try and video information but I have detailed this previously.
3. I also recommend you to try the services with a different browsers and let us know the browser and the version of the browser you are using.
Again this was also one of the very 1st things I did, basically have tried Microsoft Internet Explorer (9.0), Firefox (14.0.1) and Chrome (21.0.1180.79 m). Are you recommending a particular browser, I don't see why this is a problem? Does Silverlight behave differently with different browsers? (I don't think so!)
4.Could you please tell us the result of speed test of your internet connection when trying to watch a HD movie and also please check with the ISP if they have any traffic shaping policy in place.
My current ISP is BT Infinity 80/20 service and I am currently getting on average 72/16. They no have no traffic shaping in place.

When viewing HD films then speed may drop by 1,872 kbps but I assure you it is not a bandwidth problem. Are you sure you have read my previous postings?
Besides if I run Lovefilm on my Intel i5 processor upstairs it is not a problem. As I have said before it is a CPU/GPU loading problem, where silver light does not seem to be loading the GPU and the Intel Atom processor gets overloaded and the film begins to stutter. Have you actually read my previous correspondence?
5.Could you also please confirm us if you're using a wired connection. If not, I suggest you to use wired connection and check if this is working.
You obviously have not read my previous correspondence - YES I AM USING WIRED (GIGABYTE CONNECTION) direct to router.
