I have found a deal for the S3 which looks pretty good to me but would appreciate responses either way?

Free phone
Monthly cost £28.50
1 GB data
600 minutes
unlimited texts

Thanks for any responses

Try Three - you get more data - but depends what you're after

Seems about right to me.
My wife got:

Free Galaxy S3
750Mb data
300 minutes
unlimited texts

All for £24 per month, so yours is a tad better when added up. But She did take hers out when the S3 was new so you expect to pay a bit more.

Who was this with? That is a very good deal. I am debating getting this phone but unless you get it from a dodgy 3rd party website I can't find it for less than £30 a month

if you buy it sim free (about £425 if you look around) and then get a sim-only deal from Three + the £50 cashback from quidco it works it out even cheaper...and you're not tied into any kind of contract with the handset

Vodafone via retensions.
They said they couldn't match or beat a deal I quoted them, so when I asked for the Pac number they changed their minds pretty quick.

ETA> Oh, and it wasn't such a great deal for the wife anyway, as I nabbed the S3 and gave her my S2

I think you would call it a dodgy 3rd party website! The deal is with Orange on panther. I will call them to clarify. Last contract was through carphone warehouse with orange on a cashback deal. That worked perfectly so I assumed 3rd parties (if verified) were okay to use?

I saw a pretty good deal on the S3 at Tesco's phone store today. Free handset 750Mb data loads of texts/Minutes can't remember how many for £26 a month.

I thought it was a cracking deal for such a high quality handset.

I bought one on the Three network and couldn't even get calls, let alone broadband at my home or office. Terrible coverage even inside the M25.

Switched to T-mobile £26 pm.

Where do you live and how extensive was the poor coverage?

For network coverage you REALLY need to check the people you know locally to where you want to use your phone.

3 is flawless where i live and work, but its still local.

Really? Ooh! I'm looking at upgrading to a the S3 (currently have S1) and am with Tescos, but they're telling me I'd need to pay £40 a month to get a free handset, and that deal had far more minutes than I need. I currently pay £30 a month. Did you see that deal online, or do Tesco do different deals in store?

It was written on a sign board outside a Tesco Extra,(no a pre-printed advert) but hand written sign board. No idea if was a limited offer but now you're making me wonder if it was actually a S2.
