T-Mobile transferring number to new sim?
Right - T-Mobile called me the other day offering an S3 with reduced price Full Monty - good deal says I.
Bear in mind that I am already with T-Mobile, but my contract has lapsed so it's now rolling. They told me that I would be able to transfer this existing number to the new account, and then cancel the existing account once that'd been done. Seems easy enough. Got the S3 today, call T-Mobile to do the transfer, and they tell me that numbers cannot be transferred between accounts, and I'll have to send the phone back, or transfer my existing number to another provider, and then transfer it back to my NEW account on T-Mobile.. I mean wtf? What an absolute crock. Has anyone else experienced this? |
