You can turn them off on the AppleTV.... BUT, the english audio track isn't available LOL

So you have the choice between english audio + spanish subtitle on Netflix.com or Spanish audio w/o subtitles on the AppleTV lol

I haven't tried on the PS3 yet...

PS3 test: English audio (stereo only...that sucks...) BUT Spanish or Brazilian subtitles... can't turn them off... I guess I will pass on this movie or I will rent it on the AppleTV.

Only Free if your not a member of Netflix or UnBlock Us But still good to see it.. The latin america and Brazil Netflix might turn into the best place to watch films

On a LG smart TV you can have English audio with subtitles, but on the Roku English audio and you can switch off the subtitles.
