Please help me get rid of You Choose (T-Mobile)

They text me nearly every day and it's becoming so irritating. I never signed up for it. I texted STOP to 400000 and it keeps texting back saying "to confirm your opt-out please send STOP to 400000" when I have!

"To opt out of all T-Mobile marketing communications, please text STOP to 49011" (from their website).

That's how I stopped them. I can't stand T-Mobile

I had same problem, it took I think three texts from me before they stopped, I don't know if it makes any difference if it is typed in capitals the first one I sent said Stop the last one was STOP not had one since.

If you get no joy give TMobile a ring.
