no you're not.I've got all their lps.Did you know that INXS stopped them being their support act because they were showing them up!Or that Dan Reed pissed off his management by shaving his head just after he had some promotional photos done?
I only had one of their albums (The Heat), which was a good commercial rock album. Thinking about the DRN and Living Colour, they were both bands I liked, but didn't love them. Though they're still better than a lot of stuff around today. Having said that Span sound vaguely like LC.

I've got 3 Living Colour CDs.I'd say they were a good band in small doses.You wouldn't want to play them continuously

Living Colour were an awesome band. Vernon Reid is a very talented guitarist with a completely unique style and they were awesome live. They were a very original band being the only black band of the time to play heavy rock oriented music, well apart from Fishbone but I would say that was more funk. 'Love rear's its ugly head' was a very underrated hit.
