Orange Under 24 question

On orange if you are under 24 they give you some free extras. My question is if you take out a contract with a 3rd party provider but on orange are you still entitled to this offer? This includes

1GB of free mobile internet

unlimited UK calls and texts to anyone on Orange or T-Mobile

any minutes, texts, data, etc. you already get with your current plan

It's available to all customers under the age of 24 though I'm unsure if it only applied it you take out the contract explicitly with orange or you just have to be using orange?
