The only thing is, if they break up the writers will just have Kat go off the rails and start drinking heavily/picking up random men (I know: it's the same things she does when she's married) until Aflie is guilt tripped into taking her back.

Diagnose her with borderline personality disorder. the symptoms are there, and the causes of stress and physchological trauma to trigger it (running from Spain, being raped by uncle, giving up Zoe, having sister go to trial etc)

They need to split Kat and Alfie up, Kat needs to land in the gutter for a while as thats when Jessie delivers the best performances. I think they later need to pair Alfie up with someone new maybe Roxy and likewise with Kat. I would have no doubt if they stay on the show a reunion would happen but they need to build up up over a period of time. This needs to be done as Kat and Alfie as they are are completly pointless. Kat, Jean and Mo should live together aswell and build up some of that great Slater banter that we once had. I would like more Slaters to be intoduced to the show aswell.

Simple. Don't make her have affairs. Give her a hard hitting storyline. One that's controversial. Use the same storyline to include other good actresses/characters on the square if you have to.
JUST DON'T DO A BABY SWAP. |

JUST DON'T DO A BABY SWAP. The continuous affairs are just boring to watch. Look at Phil. Yes, he's either doing something really dogy or on the booze. But at least his dodgy dealings can always be something different, from cut and shut cars to getting his son off for murder. His character never changes, but there is an infinite amount of ways to keep this interesting. What's interesting about affair plots? Nothing. Throw in as much variation as you want, at the end of the day someone is cheating on someone else with another person. Usually the other person is cheating too. More than likely a baby will become involved. And that's it! And seen as how Kat constantly does this, what we are left with is a boring predictable character that everyone gets sick of. |

Alfie will find out about the affair and beat her within an inch of her life then have her thrown out in the street, she resorts to wearing bin bags as all her other 'Clothes' were burned by alfie. She will have no make-up and everyone will be walking past her calling her nasty names and throwing sex toys at her. She has enough and decides to kill herself. However, before she can do this she's told shes got aids from that rat she slept with as she was bored and dies outside the Vic as she's going to tell Alfie the news, followerd by Julia's theme..The end.
