Can anyone trace this music (c. 1993)

I'm trying to find out who made a certain dance track that sounds like a cross between Enya's Orinnoco Flow and Dreadzones Little Britain, it was used as a backing music for studio pieces on live Rugby on Sky, it was also (according to a source) used for the 1994 winter olympics, as music on Grandstand Guides. I've captured (a bad quality piece) that can be downloaded here
Any ideas?

It sounds really like Orinnoco Flow to me. Are you sure its not an instrumental version of it.

After listening to Orinoco Flow again, I was almost in two minds but it just doesn't develop nearly enough, and I can't really see Enya making it nearly as dancy as that. What really annoys me is that I love the clip of music by Orinoco Flow just gets one my nerves!

I've managed to get a better quality clip (22 secs and 148kb), it shows that it isn't Orinoco Flow.
Any ideas?
