I have been comparing these two tablets for a number of days and just cannot make a decision for a future purchase.
Your constructive input or advice would be most appreciated.

As with all of these "what should I get" threads. Give us a bit of a clue eh?

What are YOUR criteria for purchase? What's your budget? What do you want to use it for exactly?

At the end of the day, you'll have to make the decision, but if you want feedback, you need to ask the right question first.

If you have an Android phone go for the Acer tablet, If you have an iPhone go for the iPad2 if connectivity is important to you.

If Playstore has the apps you want get the Acer, if the Apple App store has the apps you want get the iPad.

Ya see? its up to you to find out which suits YOUR needs.

What is your budget ? What will be using it for ? What screen size are you looking for ?

If you want to go for a 10" android device then I would look at the Transformer over the Acer.

Thanks for all your replies.
Budget £300 approx. Criteria, just surfing & everyday activities (no gaming)
iPad2 has loads of good reviews but just 16GB, whereas Acer A510 has 32GB & is fairly new to the market. That's my dilemma.

If you're going to use it for surfing the net, you might as well save your money and get a Google Nexus 7 for £159.

What other "everyday things" do you think you're going to do with it? That's still quite vague.
