My absolute favourite is the new B&B opening as it just fits the show so perfectly and shows that it is all back to fashion.
Then my order of preference goes: 2) All My Children 3) General Hospital (albeit very close with AMC) 4) One Life to Live |

I agree B&B has the best opening of 2004. I love the way it's blended all the different styles of music. Fast paced at the start then slower to finish the end and it has the B&B logo.
Next would be General Hospital. Love the music a much more jazzy feel and more moden. Also love the shot of the 3 characters at the end in a line. Lucky is one of them. I can't remember the rest. Then AMC and OLTL On a different note, If Sunset had still been going today what do you think the opening would be like? |

The Bold and the Beautiful one looks great, but it doesn't look like a soap! I've never watched it before anyway..

Yey, someone has finally replied!
![]() If SB was still going today i think they would still have the opening they had towards the end of its run, the one with 2 versions though to fit in all the characters. SB's was a brilliant opening so i doubt it would have been changed. |

By all means, watch GH!! The new opening a complete acid trip LOL, it just goes so fast!! Its growing on me, but i do love the previous red version.
The AMC opening is my fave i think i just love the old picture of Erica at the start, the history of it, and then the flying pics, its all beautiful and sort of family-ish!!! The B&B one is classy absolutely!! Isn't it funny how Brooke is considered a very elegant name in the states, wheras in England you'd find a lot of chav babies with the name lol. Doesn't Sally look diva-ish!!!! Love her! |

I especially didn't know thats what you'd find a lot of chav babies called!

One thing you have to remember about Brooke though is that she did come from a poor family. So I still dont consider her name that elegant. LOL.

1. All My Children (nice theme tune)
2. General Hospital (growing on me) 3. The Bold And The Beautiful (preferred the old one) 4. One Life To Live (just dull) I think they are all a bit dull and exactly the same, it would be nice to see some classic scenes blended in or at least some scenery rather than just white/black backgrounds... |
