T-Mobile customer services (UK)?
There doesn't seem to be any way I can get hold of a human being at T-Mobile. Please help!

I spoke to three of them yesterday. Just dialled 150 and chose the department I needed.

I've tried using the 150 service but I just keep getting bounced between options, with no options to speak to an operator. My needs do not meet the criteria of the automated codswallop; I need to speak to a human!

I had that problem a couple of years ago. No matter which option I chose it wouldn't put me through to a human. When I contacted the complaints team I raised this issue with them but it obviously hasn't been fixed. Most of the time it's easy to get through though. It must just be a glitch.

Apparently the trick is, instead of following the menu options, to call 150 then keep hitting 0 - first couple of times it'll give you some sort of error message but after the third(?) time it gives up and passes you to a person.

Thank you so very much.

You're welcome.
Most IVR systems have some sort of provision for situations when the user isn't selecting a pre-defined option, generally putting you through to a person. Though some systems don't and will just hang up on you. |

150, then 3, 2, 1 and you'll get through to someone.

I have got through to speak a real person by repeatedly hitting * in frustration at the twisty maze of menus.

I just dial 150 and keep pressing 8 until it thinks I'm retarded and puts me through to someone. No lie.

Its pretty hard to talk to someone, I find it best to contact the complaints department as they have a link direct to someone and then ask to be put through to another department.

Choose the "I want to leave T-Mobile" option. Seriously.

I've always liked T-Mobile actually but it's absurd you can't actually speak to a human being without corrupting the automated system or via complaints departments! |

People used to cheat and get through to me by selecting the lost phone option! That was a while ago and there was talk of changing the system when I was leaving.

I bought a 5s on T Mobile, but it won't go through to answerphone when someone calls. I can't seem to get through to a human either! This hasn't changed since last year
