Idly meandering through eBay here at work, I came across an Android Ice Cream Sandwich 10in tablet called Flytouch 8. I've never heard of it before and, curious, went looking for reviews. But although there are plenty of people selling them, I couldn't find one single review except on the sites of sellers. I must admit I am a tad sceptical, especially as the eBay ad was along the lines of 'Others are selling the 6 and 7!!!!. We are selling the 8!!!! Fewer bugs and less hassles!!!!'
Well, thank the Lord, 'fewer bugs', but it doesn't actually inspire. What can anyone tell me about it?

Flytouch as a (budget tablet from China?) brand have a problem with others copying their name.
It might not even be a real Flytouch.

I've had a couple of flytouch in the past. Generally the hardware is OK but it does take a while to get the ROM sorted. There is a dedicated supported forum

they are a well known brand in asia, just not big in the west. Flytouch is model range, company name is apad.

Copyright at the bottom says 2012 and I purchased something from them earlier this year so I know was working then.
