Do the judges vote again? Because if they do, I think Jill and Darren are safely home if they pull out all the stops:

If they come top = 3 points
Denise and Ian would surely come next = 2 points
Leaving Julian and Erin in last place = 1 point

And when the viewer vote comes around, it's likely that Denise and Ian will pick up 1 point, leaving Jill and Darren and Julian and Erin fighting over the 2 and 3 points. And whatever Jill and Darren pick up, Julian and Erin cannot better them nor draw level.

The judges still vote! I hope Jill & Darren win but more deserving is Denise & Ian but it doesn't look like they stand a chance..if Julian wins well what a farce!!

It looks like Jill & Darren have won as you say though, good!!

A lot depends on Darren's choreography. If he sets something too hard for Jill as he did last night with the first dance, then that lets Julian win, as Denise will always come last because of her low viewer vote. If Darren gets it right, then Jill will win, with Julian second.

ahhhhh, BUT....
if the judging is done like you say
Denise and Ian may win the Judges 3 points
Jill and Darren get the 2
Julian and Erin get 1

THEN, like this week,
Julian and Erin get the public vote (3)
Jill and Darren get 2
Denise and Ian get 1

So each couple has four points.

And if the PUBLIC vote then carries the day, as it has done till now, Julian and Erin will win.

Which means that, assuming the judges aren't stupid, if they are following the same voting structure they will HAVE to put Jill and Darren into first place with 3 points to stop Julian and Erin winning!!

Have to say like last nights tatical voting that went on i am pretty sure the judges will vote tatically again to make sure Jill and Darren win.

I like Jill but think if she wins it is unfair to other celebs as its obvious the girl had dance training of some kind.

I didn't think the judges vote was very tactical last night. If Jill & Darren had performed an amazing first dance (and got 35/36 points or something), then the judges would have to had to given Ian & Denise two or three 10s in order to nudge them into first place.

Now that would have been tactical! As it happened, Jill & Darren struggled with their tango and allowed the judges to put Ian & Denise into the lead with a well-deserved 36 points for their second dance (they would have been in front with 32 points).

If anything was tactical last night, it was the lowish scores for Jill & Darren's tango. It didn't do much for me either, so I wasn't surprised by the judges' marks...

No, I think it was tactical last night - the poor first dance from Jill and Darren was just a convenient occurance which allowed the judges to execute their tactics:

By putting Denise and Ian 1st, they gave them a much better chance at reaching the final. And even if that wasn't tactical, I'm fairly certain that the vote will be next week.

The judges were very outspoken on Julian yesterday - they said the other three deserved to be in the final more than him because they could dance better. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to work out that Denise got the lowest vote and Julian the highest this time around. The judges will want either Denise or Jill to win - and I think they realise that Jill has the better chance and will therefore mark her tops.

So you think (assuming that Ian & Denise got 35 again for their first dance and Jill & Darren for 37 again for their second) the judges would have given Ian & Denise 39 points for their second dance if Jill & Darren had got 36 points for their first dance?! (74 points versus 73 points).

The judges may have intended to vote tactically last night, but Jill & Darren's soso tango meant that they didn't have to.

Yes, that's what I think.

Believe me, though, they'll put Jill and Darren first in the final.

I think they might too, which is why the evil cynic in me wants Ian & Denise to perform so well that only Julian & Erin fans think they deserve to come second...

I hope Julian and Erin do well in the Final. But id rather see Jill win than Denise!! Cant see Denise getting a good public vote so they have to dance well and get high marks from judges to make them in with a chance.

But i am sure the judges will put Jill and Darren top in their marks.

Noooo....Julian need to win!! He is the peoples choice!!! And I really don't see why so many people r up in arms about the possibility of Julian winning!!! It is a dance comp but that is not all it is....other wise what is the point of having a) celebs and b) an extra magazine programme which allows personalities to develop!!!

Julian is clearly the most improved and I reckon Jill has had way more dance experience than she lets on!

Go Julian!

I have to agree with you guys about Jill's dancing experience! Quote Jill "I haven't danced properly for about 11 years." (I found this on Yahoo) If Jill didn't stop dancing til she was 18 she has a lot more experience than everyone is letting on!

Plus on ITT the other day it had a clip of when her and Darren first met and she said when she was 18 she moved to London and decided to concentrate on her acting. So she must have been 18 when she stopped but then others have said she gave it up when she was younger...which I think r lies!!! You can't be that good and not have a decent amount of experience. Thing her being in it has defeated the point of the prog!!
