T-Mobile Insurance.
I'm thinking of leaving Orange for T-Mobile. However I was wondering what their insurance is like, as Orange Care is outstanding in my experience. What are FMs experiences with T-Mobile's insurance?
I know it's more expensive, but I'm not concerned about that. I just don't want to find myself in the world of pain that seems commonplace in the world of independent operators. "The phone was taken from your bag without your knowledge, you say? I'm afraid that's not covered under our "theft" clause because no violence was used. If you'd been sensible enough to use an electron microscope, you'd have seen that in th T & Cs" and so on. |

T-Mobile don't have an in-house insurance service in the same way Orange have, instead they refer people to 'FoneSafe' (sp?).
From what I've read on the T-Mobile forums, you'd be best to avoid them. The answer nowadays seems to be to get yourself a bank account that includes cover. |
