I know they're doing what's right and sticking up for Tyrone but for some reason they're really doing my nut in

I found it more irritating that everyone took no notice of what Tommy said.

Had he said Tyrone had been knocking Kirsty about they'd have probably took it more seriously.

And given Eileen and Sean heard Tyrone and Kirstys rows and had to turn the tv up you'd think something might have sunk in!

Tommy and Tina don't annoy me as much as Tyrone. However that might be because of the bloke who plays Tyrone's acting. Tommy's expression when Tina was yelling at him made me think he might play a more convincing abuse victim.

Tommy & Tina are irritating full stop. The Kirsty & Ty abuse situation is terrible. Anyone would try and stick up for their friend but it's the way Tina goes about it - gobby & aggressive that's so awful. She isn't likeable. She wasn't in the drugs SL either. I also wish she stop touching her mouth & face. Tommy is just an irritating wimp.

I hate Tina now, this storyline is being ruined for me as she is as much of an aggresive bitch as Kirsty is.

I liked it when Kirsty pointed out how she saved her from Rick just a few months ago, she's conveniently forgot about that when she constantly accuses Kirsty of wanting to ruin her life.
I can't believe how over the top she was at Tommy, ffs he just did a night shift! Lots of people do them, not so young and fit as Tommy either. She was acting like he'd been down the mine for a month. Pathetic.

Also her 'woe is me' act about Jason daring to sell his flat was annoying.
Perhaps, if she had considered the doctors advice (before tipping a pint over his head) regarding her getting a better job, or an education, she could have afforded the flat herself?

Forgot when she tipped a pint over Dr Carter's head. What a vile person. Honestly I don't know what people see in her. Not that Kirsty is any better, but Tina is always acting like she knows better.

I dont think Tina actually cares about helping Tyrone she just looks like she is on a crusade to make her self Queen of the cobbles by aggressively sticking her nose in everywhere! I honesltly think she would have been axed long ago if it wasnt the fact that Michelle "Publicity Seeker" Keegan wasnt playing her!

I like Tina and Tommy But you are right, Tina is quite aggressive.
I've always hated Kirsty (sign of a good actress though), but LOVED just how menacing she was last night! It was shocking!

Most of the time Tina and Tommy are either dull or irritating.

When background characters are suddenly forced into the spotlight, 99% of the time it doesn't work.

That being said, so far Kirsty and Tirrone's abuse story line hasn't been ruined. I hope it stays that way.

The character of Tina McIntyre is just simply dreadful. I've never seen a character act as obnoxiously as she does while still being written as the hero we are all supposed to root for

I actually thought Kirsty was hilarious last night bullying Tina and Tommy with her early wake up calls, threat to Tina etc

I probably shouldn't feel that way but Tina is such an annoying character that I just enjoy it when someone pisses her off.

Tina is seriously doing my head in - she`s been irritating for quite a few years now.
Its Katy Armstrong who I feel sorry for. She gets a decent storyline at last since she gave birth last Christmas and then Tina has to muscle in on it when
Spoiler

Tina reminds me so much of April Scott from Home and Away - and she`s an interfering wench too.Or is it April Scott that reminds me of Tina? Either way I don`t like either of them.

I think the producers are trying to do the same with Tina as they tried with Michelle. She won some awards and they thought every one loved Michelle and they gave her the big disastrous baby swap storyline that was rubbish, went on forever and got on everyone's nerves. Then when Steve was falling for Becky they had her stamping round the street trying to find out what was going on. Also when she was working in the Rovers and Steve's partner they tried to make her Queen of the Rovers.

Now it seems Tina is flavour of the month and they are ruining her character - even more. I say even more because Tina was already an aggressive little cow when she joined the street. IMO they are championing Tina because she wins The Sexiest Female Award at The Soap Awards each year. That award doesn't equate to great acting skills. She could be much better if they stopped getting her to defend other characters and take matters into her own hands all the time and by trying to make her everyone's darling.

Corrie has a tradition of strong women. Unfortunately, Michelle and Tina are dreadful. They need some redeeming qualities. No-one is perfect as the producers would have us believe. As I've said before Bet & Elsie were great because we saw another side of them in private. They were both strong, fiesty women. We saw them at their low points. That was when Corrie really was good.

We might be allowed to see Tina & Michelle with a hint of angst but only when their hair is freshly washed and styled and their make-up is perfect. That's not gritty enough for Corrie.

Tina and Tommy have handled the situation very badly. Tyrone is clearly in love with Kirsty and she's having his baby : what they're doing amounts to gross interference in his life (and making it known to everyone that Kirsty has been physically abusing Tyrone is bang out of order.....he has a right to privacy, and not to have his dirty laundry aired in public).

The problem with Tina is that she doesn't know how to pick her battles wisely and can't keep her mouth shut when she needs to. If she did, Kirsty wouldn't find her so easy to manipulate

The only time I have ever liked Tina was when she was David. I really liked their relationship but Tina should've left when it ended - she's been jumping from bed to bed since and has become far more vile

Besides, Tyrone and Kirsty's relationship is really none of her business. They're both grown adults who are living together and she is expecting his child. Tina is single handedly trying to control his life. Certainly she can be there for him as a friend, but her personal crusade is completely overstepping the mark.

Not only that, but kirsty is 9 months pregnant, they are clearly causing stress for her and the baby. Maybe lay off till the baby is born?

The whole storyline just doesn't work because despite the fact that Kirsty is clearly in the wrong with Tyrone, I still root for her against Tina. Tina is an awful person and so much of what Kirsty says about her is 100% right and she is the only one who sees Tina for who she really is.

Didn't we all want Kirsty to use the ketchup bottle on Tina last night or was that just me?!

This. She's also equally as bossy and demanding to Tommy as Kirsty is to Tyrone. Hypocrite.

Tommy just comes across as a bit dippy and dull.

Tina is just like the typical "naggy girlfriend" and when she screeches I swear I can feel blood running down my ears!
