BlackBerry Torch 9810 or Bold 9900
pow wow
01-09-2012
First of all I know its not cool to have a BlackBerry anymore, I also know these models were from last year and I know BB10 is coming so these phones will be dated in no time, so "wait for BB10" or "get an iPhone!!!1" will not be needed.

I want a touch & keyboard BlackBerry and I like the look of both phones..

Anyone got these phones and would like to share how you find it?

Instead of buying a BlackBerry I would take a look at the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro.

The Samsung has a 2.6 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen and qwerty keyboard, runs Android OS version 2.3.6 and has an 832Mz CPU.

And the Samsung also has a BlackBerry style optical trackpad.

There is also a 3 mega pixel camera with a resolution of 2048x1538 pixels. And the camera has no flash.

Here is a Google search for the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro.

And from pictures that I have seen on the Internet unlike the BlackBerry the Samung Galaxy Y Pro qwerty keyboard looks very well spaced out and has big button which is good for people who have big hands.

I got the torch, and it's a good phone, but on mine the touchscreen was terrible and it felt quick thick in my hands, although, the screen is a nice size and it's usally very fast. One thing, the battery is terrible, I'm lucky to get to 8 'o' clock without it being on low battery

The Torch is a good phone (I had the original one) but I'd go for the 9900.

I have the 9900 and love it and can't wait for the bb 10 equivalent when it arrives. Keyboard every time for me but then I'm old school. Just got myself a playbook 64gb too as they are on sale at pcworld for £129.
