Hello, my beloved Nokia 6600 has a problem, the 2 button doesn't work at all. I have it less then a year, and i got it off the o2 websie. I just wanted to know if i take it to a nokia shop (like the one in meadowhall) will they swap it for me? I don't want it sending away cos i can't collect it again.

Any help appreciated

i had a similar problem, i took it to a nokia service centre, it wasn't replaced it was taking and fixed, had to collect it a few day later, I didn't have to show a receipt as the typed in a code on the phone to get the date.. etc

Register it with Club Nokia, and you can take it to any Nokia Service Centre.

Am already a member thanks pingu. I have just fixed it i think. I took the cover off and cleaned underneath. Who would have though so much dust gets under there. Its disgusting! I am so filthy, I am off for a shower now and am gonna scrub extra hard!
