Whatever he was paid, it was way too much. What does he bring to the house ? Scrub that, are any of them worth the fee ?

He wasn't paid to bring anything to the house. they offered, he said how much and then yes?

I don't think any of them should be paid a fee to go in but they should earn x amount for the length of time that they stay. That would make it more interesting.

He was a bit player in Spandau Ballet then, and he's a bit player in the house now.

Kemp likes to think he is..............hence the stories of having a party with Noel gallacher or a Spandau Ballet video costing £400k in the 80s - guess what Kemp, no1cur

Julian was giving a self-effacing anecdote of his foray into pop when Kemp came oot with his £400k story

He's less than a nonentity

I thought he was a big BB fan...and it was something he wanted to do, he certainly has conducted himself as though he has watched the show for years and knows the do's and don'ts in how to portray oneself

Too big? Not at all.
Too boring. Yes Indeed. He is so desperate in wanting to win.

To be honest, I disliked Danica but she would have been more worthy winning, even though she is not celebrity, not that i think Kemp is one.

Even jasmine brought more to the house in her few days than Martin.

Mike is so much more a celebrity. He is the biggest one internationally.

They've been scraping the "celebrity" barrel for a long time now. It's not about how much you bring to the house, it's a popularity contest.

Just so I'm clear, what is your definition of celebrity?

It was his to lose and he lost it by being spineless and boring. His noms have made me cringe and he has enough splinters up his bum to build a small bonfire

I fully expect a huge campaign by the producers to save him ie secret tasks and his music being played into the house at every opportunity

I so agree with the scraping of the celebrities.Getting worse it seems.

To me it is someone who is international known (Like Mike and the guy from the A Team). I am Dutch but I do watch lot of reality TV so I knew the prince but no he is not a celebrity.

I do think Spandaul Ballet is international but if you would ask who is Martin Kemp, most people would not know.

I really like Martin and think he's pretty clued up. But, he's been a bit of a let down after all his pre-House talk of really mixing it up in there. I was expecting more.

It's UK BB so the most relevent as celebs are those known by the UK public

I had no idea who Mike or Lorenzo. Ashley, Danica or Rian were

are you asking Dutch or English people who Martin Kemp is? because most UK people will know him for Spandau /his acting in The Krays and Eastenders where he was a major character

He has mixed it up, it's just that he's been doing it too subtly for a lot of people.

So it's Julie AND Martin who can't be mocked because of their conditions? I think the Situation has an ingrown toenail so should be spared all negative discourse as well

(btw, had no idea he had brain tumours - don't read tabloids. Impressive of him to recover and all but doesn't excuse him being a terrible housemate).
