I'm starting to wonder if it's a nicotine gum. Either that or she's got very little saliva due to her heavy smoking so she needs to keep chewing. Must admit it gets on my nerves seeing her constantly chewing gum.

If it's nicotine gum it's not working for her cigarette addiction although I've just looked up the side effects and it does say there is a possibility of becoming a vitriolic two faced baggage so that may explain her behaviour.

I just wish they'd turn the mic down - it's picking up every bit of saliva swill and its turning my stomach listening to it. Im pressing mute every time she's talking now and missing all the bitching.
