Indoor cat having fleas
::Adam::
03-09-2012
Okay so my poor little kitty has fleas, we used bob Martin spot on last week but have read reviews online that it's not the best so how soon after can I use advocate spot on?(or front line) and any tips for getting rid?

Which bob martin spot on was it?
(they do a few, the double action one is actually okay at what it does as it contains the same active ingredient as Advantage)

usually they last for 4 weeks and it's best not to double up products between this time.

however, you can give flea tablets now to start to kill the fleas instantly.

this is a link i was sent on facebook a couple of weeks ago which might help you
http://www.viovet.co.uk/p96/Newslett...eas/pages.html

basically though, you need to treat both the cat and the environment

so spray the entire house, thoroughly wash cat bedding, and hoover every day really well. along skirting boards especially

I've just had a friend go through a similar thing, frontline (from the vets) had no effect whatsoever, she had to swap to advocate which got rid of them really quickly.
