I think your right however no program's work with AirPlay which they do when streaming.

I remember downloading TV from iPlayer to my Nokia N96, nothing new about this just the BBC returning function they have removed.

Andriod version needs a massive update, no point been able to download content if you can't view it as Flash isn't supported any more.
