Looks like this is her new single then! Not sure how radio are gonna take to this?

A$AP Rocky's verse is OK I guess, wish he didn't have just the one verse at the start of the song though.

Well its quite a brave choice and one of the better songs on the album imo. Dont see this having any success at all in the UK tho as radio wont touch this with a bargepole lol. But it seems a bit shitty tho on people who have bought the album to have to buy the single version to get Rocky's verse

Yeah, I think it'll do well on Urban/Rhythmic stations in the US but that's about it. She needs to release another single for Pop radio/the rest of the world, hopefully Drunk On Love.

Why does she keep picking these songs that nobody will dare play or will censor the hell out of as singles? I just don't get it? It's not shocking, it's just stupid considering TTT has not done well at all besides WFL and WHYB.

I like the remix and I like the song. I agree that it's not going to get played (not because of the lyrics, because radios keep proving that they couldn't care less about them, but because of the urban sound). But it's a good song and I'm glad it's a single, which means we're going to get a video too! And there's no doubt that it will smash US urban radios and potentially sell her album there better than 'WHYB' did, since pop fans have already bought the album after 'WFL', so it's the urban fans that she's yet to win over

As far as another pop single is concerned, I'd like 'DOL' or 'WAL', but I think we might get 'Roc Me Out' anyway. She did post a single cover for the song, so...

Hopefully not! I think the song is quite tastless. 'S&M' was catchy and 'shocking', but this kind of feels like 'Really are you doing that again'. Lost so much respect for Rihanna in the past 12 months and I have realised what a crap 'artist' she is!

Not necessarily. We never saw a video surface for Talk that Talk so we may not get a video for this. I'd love there to be one though.

It's such a daring release, pop stations definitely won't touch this with a barge pole!

Pop single wise I hope it's Drunk On Love, We All Want Love preferrably, but I don't mind us getting Roc Me Out.

Isn't it strange how the album was released 10 months ago, yet we've only got 3 videos so far...?

I hope we get a 'Cockiness' video soon. She didn't shoot one for any of the urban singles from the album ('TTT', 'BC'). We only got videos for the pop tracks!

She could finish the era with a double single though. 'Cockiness' for urban and rhythmic' and 'DOL' for pop and AC. I like 'WAL' and 'WAWL' as well. But if there was another single in the pipeline, I think we would know by now tbh

I love this track it goes hard. Bangladesh's beats are amazing. So glad it means that we will not getting a new album from her this year.

I don't think she needs another single out so soon to be honest. That and because I've been playing WHYB since November last year and only now is We Found Love growing on me.

I don't think to be honest she should release Roc Me Out because of Rita Ora comparisons (the whole Roc thing), or Drunk on Love because of 'drunk', OR Cockiness, OR Birthday Cake event though I love it, as these will damage her already poor public image.

Does she really want to go from slightly-off-the-rails party girl to full-fledged Jezebel in the eyes of the world's press? It would be a brave move but I think it might end up backfiring in the long run. Look at the backlash on Madonna.

I'd love her to do a double single release as it leaves her open to performing the pop track at the AMA's, X Factor US/UK and so on.

Video-wise again filming two videos would be nice. I think if she did do one more video she'd be more likely to put everything into the pop video and not bother with one for Cockiness although I think a crazy vid is a must for the track!

And Rihanna could easily debut a new single from a new album in late October/November. She came at us with We Found Love only 2-3 weeks after Cheers.

I doubt it would do well.

On the album, the only remaining songs I see could do well would be Roc Me Out and maybe Drunk on Love (but the XX fans would be angry she would have used a sample).

I think this is only a US single and it'll only be sent to Urban/Rhythmic stations to play. Who knows how well it will do though; Birthday Cake managed to get to #24 on the Hot 100 with only airplay from urban/rhythmic stations (wasn't available to download) so Cockiness could surprise us. I hope she chooses Drunk On Love for Pop/AC though instead of Roc Me Out.

I'm just happy we'll be (hopefully) getting another video from her!

Ok. So people make it known that we want 'Drunk On Love' and we get 'cockiness', good going Rihanna. This may do well in America/Canada and France (after Man Downs success, it's possible) but in the UK probably not. Grr I want 'Drunk On Love' so bad. However I do like the song but this remix is ridiculous, just another way for Def Jam to throw their rappers on a track to make them known.

I don't know if this will get played much. Pop radio will never play it and Urban radio might, but it will still have to be censored and the video might not even get played on BET because a song of this nature calls for a risque video and they have been cracking down lately. They only played Man Down once before banning it to be aired again and Rick Ross also just got a video banned for next to nothing. What is the point of having a single that will most likely not get much exposure?

I like the remix but it's not a good single choice! It's not going to be played on mainstream radio plus most people will have the album by now! I really wish she would release drunk on love just cos im dying for a live performance!

Pointless rap-add on but i love this song. Risky but i am glad it's extending the Talk that talk era. I hope she does a video. I can't believe she has only three videos in just a year.
