Pretty decent for Dallas, not bad for WDYTYA, Shameless seems an okay rating for C4......

He means it beat ITV1 for 1st showing, ITV1+1 could well have given ITV1 the win on timeshift.

2.11m total is even better for Dallas....I wonder how many viewers like myself are 40+??

Dallas is going great guns for Channel 5. 1.9m and another 170,900 on +1. Good stuff!

It dropped more than I expected. But the +1 included figure (2.11m) looks a lot healthier than the exc. +1 figure. Being above that 2m mark is a psychological boon!

It's evidently a really really tough timeslot just now. BBC Two being the main victim last night, only managing a million for its new factual series. Grand Designs also came in low for its standards.

As for Shameless, oh dear.

Great for Dallas given tough competition at the moment. I've spoiled myself by reading all the spoilers for the season and I think it might stay solid with everything coming up.

@BBCWatchdog
Thanks to the 4.8m viewers who tuned in last night, making us the most watched show on BBC1 #bbcwatchdog

@jscummins
Mrs Biggs on ITV1 grows audience share, rising to 4.2m for its second episode. It was the highest rating drama at 9pm last night (inc+1)

No problem.

I don't know the answer to your other question. H&A had an absolute stinker yesterday though!

This is surprising. According to the breakdown last week it lost 700,000 during the episode.

Maybe some Dallas viewers switched allegiance this week, the turncoats!

But it's not frigging timeshift, that is people watching a recording not live. Probably 99% of the "Biggs on +1 at 10" were watching live, watching a repeat showing as it went out, on another channel.

IT IS NOT "TIMESHIFT" VIEWING!

I give the thread a miss for 3 or 4 days then tentatively dip my toe back in and this is the first thing I read.

I give up...

Sad such a crappy show like Watchdog gets more ratings than a decent drama

I really enjoy Watchdog. It's really improved over the last few years and Rogue Traders is even better without all the stupid comedy (Due to one of the presenters being in prison).

I'm really surprised by the ratings for H&A. Every year it seems to be slipping. Although I suppose Channel 5 are still pleased with it's numbers. I wonder how long C5 have got the contract for H&A and Neighbours?

Anyone have yesterdays Daybreak ratings?

How did Mr and Mrs rate so much better than last weeek? And very surprised Mrs Biggs also stayed steady, if there was one drama I thought was going to be doing that, I thought it was going to be Dallas! Dallas just above 2million but I am quite disappointed about that because I was hoping it would stay above 2million all series which Im not convinced will now happen. Paddy and Sally shouldve been shown after Celebrity Big Brother in the last few weeks imo and it wouldve got over 1million. Watchdog rating very well.
