T-Mobile unlimited deal.

just a quick heads up for anyone who uses the mobile a lot.
T-Mobile are offering unlimited calls, texts and data for £21/month. Pretty good...however.......Chitter Chatter are doing the same deal for £15.50.
You still pay £21 but CC pay you back £5.50 per month onto a pre-paid debit card (which has no fees for using)
This card can be used in shops and online etc, but withdrawing cash attracts a fee. You can also pay money onto the card yourself.
I've added this deal to my account for daughter dear. She can rag it, and can also have the card as a bit of pocket money.

This has to be the best pay monthly deal around at the moment, especiaally for a heavy user?

12 month contract applies, and no phone obviously.

Can you tell me where you saw that T-Mobile deal? Is it only for new customers? Or can existing customers change their contracts to this new unlimited one?

I was looking at getting the ChitterChatter deal as an upgrade, as it's the same as I'm paying now but I only get 100 minutes. I haven't had a reply from them though so I'm guessing not which is a shame.

It's on the T-Mobile website for £21/month but chitterchatter (an agent for T-Mobile) are doing it for £15.50 (well, £21 but they give you £5.50 a month back)
It's for new customers, or existing customers can swap to it onve they've completed contract obligations.
I added this deal on a new line to my account yesterday.

Can you give me a link to both websites for this deal? Just had a look on ChitterChatter and couldn't find it.

It's right there in the middle of the list of SIM-only tariffs: http://www.chitterchatter.co.uk/simonly.php

Cheers, thank you. Now i have to find out how much it will cost for me to end my current contract so i can go onto those sim-only deals. They are fantastic value for money!

Will T-Mobile let you leave a contract to move to sim-only without incurring a penalty?

It's likely your current rate includes the subsidy for the handset they gave you, so it's unlikely after giving you a handset worth x amount of pounds they'll let you drop to a very cheap sim only deal.

If you signed a contract for a particular term, you'll only get out of it if you pay off the rest of the contract. Why would you think they'd let you off paying what you agreed to?

I'm going to leave it for now and see what Wednesday brings.
I am concerned though that if chitterchatter can't respond to a potential new customer what their customer service is going to be like.
