My personal favourite Survivor seasons (non All Stars seasons): Borneo, Marquesas, Amazon, Vanuatu, China, Gabon.

You should go back and watch from Borneo all the way through. If you watch seasons out of order you fail to see the show/strategy develop + when you get to the All Star seasons you are 10times more excited to see all your favourites back.

Probably best to just start from the beginning and work your way through as everyone has their own personal favourites. Gabon and Marquesas are the only seasons I couldn't watch all the way through.
Marquesas has always been a favourite of mine because it was the first season I watched. I'd just watched all of the The Amazing Race seasons, and obviously Boston Rob was in two of those, and I really liked him and his villainous ways. So that led me to Survivor...and I started with his first season Marquesas (after that I then watched in order, and the rest is history )Gabon was one I didn't appreciate as much at the time but it is a great season in terms of power shifts and alliance changes, even if the characters are more crazy rather than strategic.

Everyone loves their first season, I must have seen Cook Islands going on for 10 times by now! Also explains why I haven't enjoyed Ozzy's downfall quite as much as everyone else
![]() I've tried to watch marquesas like 5 times now, never even made it to the merge. I'll get through the season at some stage though... My problem with Gabon is I didn't really have anyone to root for. Come to appreciate Corinne more now though so I might give it another go in a bit. |

The episodes appear on youtube before they've even finished airing.

Just got one. What a show, still annoyed that Dan is being setup to win. I'm rooting for Ian at this stage

Marquesas is one of my favourite seasons ever. Totally love it.
My first season was Guatemala, but I don't really like that very much, perhaps because I had not seen Bobby Jon and Stephanie before. Panama is when I fell in love with the show. That is one amazing season |

Julie's demeanor is strange. It's as if she's interviewing an important politician and not a shaggy MMA aspirant.

I feel quite sorry for Frank; he was brilliant at the games but his social game was somewhat lacking.
Just from the slightly long interview and props given to him by Julie, I feel there's a strong chance he's going to be asked back. </Frank love> |
