Vodafone- UNL Calls/Texts + 1GB Data from £29pm
Vodafone are no longer the most expensive provider on the market. The have released their new 'red plan' which gives you
unlimited minutes unlimited texts 1GB of data starting from £29pm for low end phone such as Desire C. to £33pm for mid range handsets like S2 And increasing to £37pm for high end phones like GS3. You can add an extra 1GB of data to these plans for £5pm. Yeh it's not the best plan in the world but it beats O2 and Orange's £36pm version of this deal. Plus vodafone have lowered the prices on their other plans. However they have sneaked in higher upfront costs on the lower cost plans. http://www.vodafone.co.uk/personal/p...-red/index.htm I really hate how operators are doing high end deals like unl texts/calls/data for £35+ on high end handsets, And then having no lower priced competitive deals. all networks are the same now where they do lower min/text plans for lower per month but high upfront cost so it works out the same as their unlimited plan. It's forcing you to pay £35pm+ no matter which plan you go for on mid/high end phones. |

Why is it O2 and vodafone always have crappy data allowances. Phones are faster these days (High end ones are often faster than adsl) and could potentally eat that 2GB in less than 45 Minutes.

But like i said these super plans are now the only ones worth going for on contract. There are no more low end/low cost plans as they all work out the same cost over 24 months as the super plan. |

Vodafone also the only network to offer the unlimited voice/SMS on every handset in their range I think.
Looks like on the website though that they have abolished 18month contracts with only 12 or 24 months. And the red tariffs look to be only on 24m |
