There are several, but unless you plan to install software from sources other than google play, I would not bother (in fact to be more accurate, I haven't bothered). You are fairly safe without it and it is likely to reduce battery life.
You might like to try something like Lookout, which includes AV but it's main functions are really a backup of contacts, calls and photos and then finding, locking and wiping lost phones
