As for your ATV issue, I never has that kind of problem, I'm using Unblock-Us since february 11, the last ATV since November 11, never been logged out. It's not an Netflix issue, try to restore your ATV.

i have now E mailed unblock about both these issues.
regarding the NF menu not appearing on How to Set up page i was advised to clear my browsing history and if that did not work to try another internet explorer. Well have tried both and still no joy. I intsalled google chrome and went into Unblock but still no drop down menu yet it appears on I pad and I pod.
As for NF looging out on ATV they advised going into NF and deactivating. So have done that and signed out and in again. Obviously will not know if that has worked until a few days pass and I have not been logged out.
