Oh the Alex dressed as a Dear and fan finish deserves a mention
I didn't see that set-up and pay-off.
I liked the deer/table hockey too

Channel 4

If you cut down an amusing, popular show that has shown itself to be better in its extended format just to make way for a couple of shows that could easily be put on 15 minutes later (or not at all ) -

you're being a dick!
I can see T-shirts with that on becoming popular.

I've just caught up on Friday's show and love it more every week. It's one of the few shows that really has me laughing out loud. It really deserves a proper 50 minute slot. I agree with previous comments that as a live show it should have more time as pre recorded shows can go out at a later/different slot without much difficulty. The isitok questions are brilliant and it's great to see guys like Adam and Alex answering the questions with humour. If we were all a lot more educated about some of the problems faced we might be a more understanding and inclusive society.

Apart from all that though, bottom line is these guys are just hilarious!!

Because it was Adele or anyone successful and constantly in the media? If Joan Rivers had said the same about someone like Rosie O Donnell do you honestly think that he would have ranted like that?
I think it's partly because Adele is a singer, and what she looks like is irrelevant as long as it doesn't affect her voice. And Joan Rivers was a convenient figure-head for a whole culture of media criticising women for having less than perfect appearance when it's not relevant to their job. It's a tough thing to be a female in the public eye nowadays. They attract a kind of bitchiness that their male equivalents don't. It's a form of double-standards that can only discourage female talent, making us all culturally poorer.

That is quite good news.

I'll be happy as long as it is at least 45 minutes (and not 30!) and doesn't get chopped to make way for something (I think) inferior!

If that's the case, then it is brilliant news!!

I don't see why it can't be 45 minutes. The next two shows that usually follow are pre-recorded and being Friday night they shouldn't suffer from being on slightly later.

Yes!

I love The Last Leg...probably my favourite programme at the moment. Disgraceful they've cut it to 30 minutes!!!

Great but they have to start taking it seriously and not keep cutting the time down.

It simply is the best thing on TV at the moment and it's shameful to just be 30 minutes long.

Alex just has to release a single of some kind.

In the early shows didn't Adam add something on to the tag line of Josh?

Now it's just "Dartmoor's finest".
I'm sure before they added something on to it like "It's Dartmoor's finest amature sheep shearer, Josh Widdecombe"

Last episode of the series tonight.

I hope that the next series gets it's rightful schedule spot and is at least 45 minutes long.

Also maybe we'll get a thread title with the correct name for the presenter

Thought the crowd would have gave that Griffiths joke more of a reaction - good or bad. It was a bit close to the bone.

They should surely handicap Jody Cundy by a few seconds never mind the standing start
