I have a plastic step thing for reaching into high cupboards. If I wasn't allergic to exercise I could use that and save £120.

This could have been done with a decent quality exercise mat with colour patches on it to fit in with the exercise instruction that goes with it.. so people know where to put their feet etc. But I don't buy this argument that it being 10 inches off the ground or whatever makes the exercise more effective. If you're going to lose your balance you're going to lose your balance.. being 10 inches off the ground ain't going to stop that happening surely.

The New dragons were good, but the sob stories were annoying.
So if we are going to get so many sob stories, perhaps they should bring in a back stage counsellor as part of the show. |
