Each pitch must take up a couple of hours or so at least by the time it's all set-up etc. I can't see them doing more than say three a day. Surely the clothing aspect is simply to allow them to compile each show from (say) a couple of week's worth of filming, so that it has a in interesting mix of products, investments/non-investments, arguments etc. You wouldn't get a suitable 'flow' if it was all shown in the order it was filmed - you might not get anyone investing for three weeks! I can't say I've ever really noticed what the Dragons wear. At least they've moved the editing away from the rigid set-up where the last pitch (and often the second) in each show was *always* an investment.
