Didn't know it had finished already
It hasn't; they just like to mess about with it.

But hopefully it won't be as bad as the last series where the last six episodes of twelve, I think it was, weren't shown until the new year. And then there were gaps of two and even three weeks between episodes. It seemed to be used as a filler when there was nothing more important on.

I hope you're aware they wrote that article themselves the day the episode went out?

This bit amused me:

The Dragons declared themselves 'out', but Alison has watched the sales flood in, bringing in revenue of £150,000 since filming took place, double the amount she had looked to raise in the Den.
Since when has revenue been even remotely the same as investment capital?

When I clicked the link I was expecting to read they'd made a million in profit and had secured a huge order from a massive chain of pubs or something.

There are a couple of city lads on tonight selling their sock idea, I got some of these for Christmas so I'd be interested to see if they secured any investment

My friends went on there. They had offeres from all dragons. They had already said to us that were not going to accept any offer from any dragon. They just wanted to get there product on TV. the day after the show was aired there email was inundated. Mainly from companies they had already been turned down from. They sold the product rights and patents to a very large multinational. They now have no money worries. Nice couple.

Well, the publicity can't hurt.

I don't get this. Is it really necessary to cover patterns on socks?

Some companies have a strict dress rule and may frown upon colourful socks.

I think he's a very likeable chap. The Dragons really like him also.

Yeah ... I think Peter Jones is missing the point - he can wear stripy socks and no one is going to say anything as he's Peter Jones. But for young guys starting out in law firms or very corporate companies they can't just turn up in stripy socks for because they feel like being a bit daring one morning, so the concept does work.

Touker just doesn't come across as trustworthy IMO. I wouldn't care what he offered, I just wouldn't go into business with him. Does anyone else feel the same?

Peter Jones was incredibly rude to the other dragons in that pitch, just to show off his mediocre tennis skills
