Have they ever backed one of these performing arts businesses?, as there seems to be a lot of them on the show.

Arty people are notoriously bad at business. They are all the show must go on no matter what and that every cloud has a silver lining and other emotional claptrap.

That ain't going to cut it when you have more people in the show than are in your audience.

In showbiz there are a million and one good ideas, but very few make a good business.

I agree, maybe they just have them on the show for entertainment value.

I speak from experience in lots of local showbiz areas and it's sad when these people put their all into putting something on and no one shows up. I've seen it many many more times than I have every seen something being a roaring success.

Entertainment is a very hard business and in these difficult times, near to impossible.

And the acts are happy with the exposure, with any investment an unlikely bonus. Again, they'd be better off going for a bank loan as regards getting money, as the Dragons admitted, refreshingly, they know nothing about thus type of business.

She didn't deserve any investment with that attitude.

Dull episode tonight for me. Nothing really stood out apart from the very last pitch. She was a cracker and had some cojones in the way she replied to the Dragon's questions including declining Theo's offer. £11million, wow! Good luck to her if it works out well as she's expecting it to.

Peter's now in the sausage business!

I think the product is Ethylenediaminetetracetic Acid Di-Magnesium salt based. We could all buy some!

If only someone had invented a Savilleometer, which emitted a piercing shriek whenever the old perv was trying out his Uncle Ernie impression.

I see that the father & son haven't done too badly with their wheelbarrow after rejecting an offer from the dragons earlier in this series.

I couldn't really work out what those three were selling. Whatever it was, one of them obviously didn't want to go on doing it. All a bit weird. Where was Hilary?
