the only plus about the toilet thing is you don't get "mess" on the extended bit
apart from that I couldn't see any point and the dragons didn't even ask any of the questions raised in this thread that are obvious

as for all those silly comments by Evan that he says in every episode - I presume he has all these pre-recorded??
are any of the dragons "usually" always LOUD anyway - when he says "so and so has been unusually quiet its silly cos it hasnt got round to their turn to talk yet!!"

deborah plays with her finger nails! should be next weeks episode

Whatever you invent, you can be sure Duncan Bannatyne's saw them years ago.

'This is my time-travel portal,..'
'Already sell 'em. Ahm oot.'

Another of Evan's annoying phrases is "...from the likeable entrepreneur".

What gets annoying is when Evan attempts to link the pitched product into his commentary (Mainly during the filler pitches)

For example a football related pitch

"But it was up to Duncan Bannatyne to have the final whistle!"

Just randomly noticed this on Tesco direct .. surely it's the same thing that Peter Jones "employed" the guy to do ?

I liked the radiator thing that was only shown briefly. But it needed to cost about £3 for anyone to bother buying it. It's not THAT hard to take modern radiators off the wall so long as the valves are working.

But again, did the bloke say he had sunk £200,000 into it? What's wrong with these people? How can they EVER expect to get that sort of money back?

Be nice if they could mix things up a bit and maybe not have the last pitch getting investment and spreading the investments out from show to show

Whole program is getting very predictable

Blimey this thread used to have pages and pages of posts during and after each show.

A whole 2 posts on this one.

It was an outstandingly dull episode.
Maybe time to pension it off? The Dragons must have enough fingers in enough pies by now, surely?

Sadly last night's episode was the poorest out of this entire series. Even the pitch that won the backing of the Dragons whilst interesting was incredibly dull.

For a moment i honestly thought this was going to be an episode where no one won investment, if it had been it would have made for a change.

The one that made me laugh was air in a can! Could be the next Red Bull they said - hilarious!

With 2 episodes left to go this may have been the 'filler' episode.

It was based around pretending you are a "celebrity" - arive at swanky resturant with pretend paps taking your photo, nice meal then vip section of nightclub - depending on how much you (or, hopefully, your loved one has) paid.
TBH I'm not sure half the people already in the likes of "Heat" and MailOnLine's "sidebar-of-shame" aren't on something like this as I've no idea what they're suppose to be famous for

One thing that jarred with me:

itSole: "I make the product for £2.79 and I sell it for £14.99."

Duncan: "Good markup."

itSole: "Yeah, it's a 72% markup."

And no questions about that.

Where does 72% come into that equation?

I agree

I record it but I have noticed that my husband no longer pays any attention to it

I agree

Who on earth is going to buy a "springy thing" for their mobile? been around ages for keys, and how many do you see in reality? Apart from the obvious problem of the elastic bit will stop you using /seeing part of the touchscreen, I bet no young people will be seen dead using one of these.
