That was a weak series. How many investments did they make ?

ladies must strip the top down to spend a penny. Shiverrry.
For £60, whack the heating up.
Flipping heck no house is cold enough in the south of England these days to be shivery going to the loo. It's not like the old days when we woke up with ice on the inside of the windows and moving from the (heated) living room to the (unheated) bathroom was an arctic expedition.

I quite enjoyed the series weirdly. I quite like Kelly, I think she's a good addition. Piers is just woeful, adds nothing, just follows the other dragons and can't make his mind up until he realises the other dragons don't like it.

Duncan is by far the best dragon on it at the moment though

I wish they would do a follow-up show to find out which investments actually made the dragons money and which investments failed etc. It would be interesting to see which of the dragons has actually made the most from the show.

Don't know how many they have done, but they've done a lot of follow-up shows in the past.

Not the best series for investments, but it was still fun to watch.

I liked the Pump.

One of the YO onesie guys (Tom Carson) is also a forward for the England hockey team.

You can see him scoring a couple of goals against Ireland at the Euro Championships here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/hockey/23780785

I'm not sure why the dragons seemed so surprised when they actually saw that ring? They never said they thought the product was low quality but when he brought it out they were saying 'should have shown us earlier, wow...'?

What in the hell was wrong with "Golem" in this episode? His suit was a mess, and what was that white mark on his top lip, in one of his "talk to camera" pieces?

The soft drink was a good idea, but they would need millions to get it anywhere. As was said someone like "Britivic" would either copy the idea if they thought it had legs or just undercut them with their own bottled drinks. They will probably do all right in the small local type market, where they won't attract to much attention.

The dolls, where just crazy...so I'm out.

And what is it with onezies, surely they're just a modern day version of the "long john", the only redeeming feature being it allows pissed up students to run around in basically sod all and look like their favourite barn yard animal!!.

I thought the ring was a good idea, couples can sit down and design their own rings, can't see a problem with that. Maybe he should of gone for "wedding rings" and not "engagement rings". As for Duncan, "we don't all live in London, and visit Hattan Gardarn at the drop of a hat"

All in all a very poor series, Peter and Duncan are the only two worth listening too!, drop Golem, drop the lift and drop the other 3, and drop all this silly dramatic music and speech overs.

The whole thing seems a bit pointless now. As someone posted earlier, they all appear to be looking for excuses NOT to invest, perhaps they've burnt their fingers too often in the past ?
I'm sure some of those who have been turned down would have had dragons making offers in previous series. The woman who had worked in banking for instance a couple of weeks ago. She was obviously bright and had the business acumen, her product was already on the shelves in Boots and other retailers, they would have been all over her to make an investment a few years ago.

Heard it mentioned in passing on the radio that Debra now has nineteen businesses. As time goes on she's obviously got to be more and more picky as there is only so much time she can give to each, same for Duncan and Peter - though I can't imagine what Piers' excuse is...

I don't think anyone would be harmed if it did drop, it looks totally fake to me!

Poor series though, compared to previous ones, IMO.

I agree. Kelly and Peirs appear extremely reluctant to part with their cash and dont add anything to this tired show. Mr Jone's performances are cliched and predictable too.

Time to call it a day.

Did Piers & Kelly actually invest ? I've forgotten.

Can anyone list the investments this series ?

Apparently they made one investment the entire series. A fake tan business or something.

It really was the poorest series I've ever seen of DD.

In all fairness to them we haven't actually seen the whole series yet, only half of it. 12 episodes were filmed for this series (the same as last year), but this time they've split them into 2 blocks of 6 episodes. The second block of 6 in airing in January and maybe more of the new dragons' investments will be shown in those episodes. Probably not fair to pass judgement in that regard until all 12 episodes have aired as we don't know how and in what order they've edited it.

So we've seen the 'recession' block of episodes, and January will be the 'recovery' block, packed with investment.

Haha, no, what I mean is that more of Kelly or Piers' investments might be aired in the second block, with fewer of say Peter's.

I might be wrong but thought it was worth considering.
