Going back to last week, I was laughing when, on the Red Button segment, the Welsh grandma kept mimicking Hilary!

Anyone know what the deal is with Theo & peter vs Duncan?

I get the feeling there's some history maybe soem deep seated rivalry between them

Duncan seems to get into co-deals with Hilary a lot, in the past he got into deals with james khan. But I heard duncan and james khan fell out. Which is partly why James does not come on the show any more. Jees. Must have been major.

I rememebr there was some awkward moments when the pitcher suggest Ducan and one of the others get into a co-deal and it was a stern no.

What's that all about>?

Not sure about Duncan and the current Dragons but his row with James Kaan was over tax issues. Duncan believed James was avoiding UK tax by basing himself in Monacco, which he considered hypocritical when investing in Uk companies.
Nothing illegal, but in Duncan's view not right.

Haven't the presenters of Dragons Den always been as inspiring as Mr Alan Sugar's pathetic contribution to The Apprentice - although, in the case of Mr Alan Sugar, bad parenting allowed him without the drive to succeed even at a basic level of education, and he left with a few mediocre grades at O level before becoming a mere pleb of a Barrow Boy.

Sugar was a household name for decades even before he was on TV; nobody had heard of any of the dragons before they were on the show.

I believe also Sugar is at least twice as wealthy as any of the dragons.

It seems she she might still be a bit bitter...

Hope this guy is ready for when HMRC catch up and come knocking on his door to get all the driveway-rent-outing people's income details. Major legal complications there.

Plus as has been said there are already at least two big players doing it.

Those "parking protectors" look like kids could knock them over and rip the bolts out in seconds!

There are probably legal T&Cs in your apartment contract that say the parking space is only for your use and no one else's. If not then they will bring them in as they don't want strangers hanging around in PRIVATE underground car parks.

If you rent your drive way, you have to declare it as income.
