thought they gave the pirate radar guy short shrift TBH, it's a sound idea having a proximity alarm for those ships ..... ALMOST to the point of making fun of him, which was unprofessional of them!

maybe they should have brought in grumpy old people boxes

I disagree I thought all the flaws they pointed out about his system were true. I also knew what Debra was getting at and why she was getting angry and him intentionally taking her so specifically. I also agreed with Peter that it seems (although to be fair I can't be totally sure) to be a system that is outdated considering some of the technology out there.

I'm amazed Peter made that lad and offer, he is not going anywhere with his attitude.

Lol really? What attitude would that be? BTW he clearly is going somewhere. Anyone that even gets to that point is doing better than a large percentage of others.

The arrogant expecting pretentious attitude that over estimates what he has got and what he has achieved.

I think you are talking complete rubbish, he's nowhere.

So...the attitude that 99% of Dragon's Den applicants and general entrepreneurs have about their products/inventions?

BTW you missed the bit in which he already had 475 thousand of investment and also the bit were he has the software mostly developed.

Notice a lot of pitches never got far this series. Could this be why some of the Dragons left? Who will replace then?

So that leaves just Peter & Deborah. End of the road for the show imho. I can't see them being able to slot three new people in at once.

If Peter somehow managed to talk Theo and Duncan into doing another series then I'd probably watch it but otherwise I think it's time they stopped.
Yep I agree how can it be the same?

Lasts night episode seemed to feature a 'who can be the rudest competition' between Dragons and pitchers. While the guys ship camera idea would never really work, for various reasons, they seemed to get really rude with the guy, to the point of actually taking the p*ss out of his invention, not called for and not expected from the Dragons.

I've tried black sesame seed and green tea flavours in the past. They sell it in certain Chinese restaurants, cafes and restaurants. Plus she appears at food festivals.

So glad to see Yee Kwan on TV. Her business unit isn't too far from where I work.
Like the way you trying to pretend you don't know her

Au contraire - thought he was very impressive.......clear, concise and unflustered having already shown bags of initiative. Peter was investing as much in him as the product be my guess.

Is Piers strapped for cash or something? He just never invests.
I was just thinking the same with the bike guy. That was really something he could have invested in and a great chance because he was the only dragon left. I'm not even sure why Piers is in the show. He could just be an actor, for all I know.

I went to look at the app after the show and it had so many 1 star reviews after the programme because it wouldn't let you create an account and you need an account to use it. Ultimate fail! For goodness sake get your software in full working order for the day it will be broadcasted to 100s of thousands of people! I imagine the sudden influx of people could of crashed the system, but still, he would have lost thousands of potential customers. I know I gave up on it because of it.

I dunno how the Dragon's manage to look at them in the eye when someone is fluffing a pitch. I find it so cringeworthy and awkward I have this reaction of putting my arm over my eyes when someone is falling apart at the pitch.

Even the whole Granny branding is old hat these days. Everyone tries to play on the "traditional granny recipe, wholesome food" shtick.

Marmalade and Jams, there must be about a million brands on the shelves, Reggae Reggae was catching lightening in a bottle and did something slightly different, getting a popular brand of jams and marmalades is going to cost millions in advertising.

- they've still kept the same modern look.

Is this going to be a Peter one again he loves a yachting/seafaring business.

Bit rich of Duncan doubting their product works as if he's Captain bleedin Birdseye or something how would he know?!
