I found her hilarious when she stood in on a Kelly's sick note week.

The producers probably didn.t like her dot.com catchphrase

If I remember Alex didn't go down well with the viewers last time.

I thought she was a great judge and the producers still like her, as she was featured in the series premiere episode this year....I imagine she decided not to due to other commitments and future plans she has lined up...

She has been the only guest judge to step in for someone on the panel LIVE. I imagine it's a whole lot easier when you have editing to hide behind.

I didn't like her - I though she was 'fullofherself.com'.

She was full of herself last time and treated Louis like dirt on live TV and made herself look a bit of a bitch which really damaged her image/career so I'm sure even if they did ask her she'd say no.

Good, especially after he'd been trashing her to the press ever since she won. Glad she gave him a taste of his own medicine. Her career was fine because she released Elephant soon after which was a #3 hit.

I never seen or heard anything about him trashing her before her appearance but knowing Louis he probably did but whatever she still made herself look like a tit on national television. Her career wasn't fine after, it may have got to #3 but then it free-fell, I don't even think it reached silver which in todays market is easy to reach & album sales...lets not go there.

Louis has been trashing her for years which is why she said 'I ain't taking no nonsense' to him as soon as she sat down...he has said some pretty petty things about her...

Her career took a hit, but I don't think it was all down to The X Factor at all. There were other issues, and she was quite widely hated during the Overcome era but still managed to score 5 top 10 hits in a row.

I remember on this morning he said he won with JLS and when the presenters questioned it he said lets be honest they were better and the true winners or something...
Anyway i wish she had been given a second chance her X Factor Live Show was one of the highest watched one last year!

She did bring massive press for the show, the episodes she appeared in rated as high as the final episode...I'm not sure on exact figures. She was definitely nervous as she tends to talk a lot when she is which is what happened on the show, she talked a bit too much, but at the same time she was still honest to all the acts and gave good criticism. Funny enough Misha B listened to Alex's advice and the next week she wasn't in the bottom 2. She also picked up on Frankie not being serious at all, and Sophie being weak and out of tune, despite the rest of the judges lying about that all through the live shows, so she wasn't useless...

She probably had the toughest guest slot ever on the show as there has never been a situation like that before, so I think she did a brilliant job with it, at least she stuck up for herself against Louis...

I didn't like her on the panel. She is talented but I found her patronising with the way she spoke to some contestants who were older or close in age to her. Although I respected her for telling the truth about frankie being terrible. Ok.com was a bit cringey though

Oh, she was hilarious let's face it and the OK DOT COM! thing has followed her around ever since. I can't remember anything else about her contribution to the episode. Shame really cos I used to like her.

She made .com famous in the UK. Even Jessie J tried to copy it on The Voice but failed. And at least Alexandra doesn't take herself too seriously.

Jessie J has to be the worst talent show judge ever.

Well she doesn't always get it right (), but when she does, I agree she is a pretty girl.

Had you guys really not heard .com forward slash(insert whatever) before that? People have been saying that in the states for like 3 or four years now. It started with the bomb.com and then people ran with it and Tamar Braxton wouldn't stop saying it on her show.

Schoolchildren were saying it at least a decade ago. People made a lot of it because no one would say it anymore and think it was cool, and because it was probably the worst and least expected use of it ever.

Not as bad as "interwebz" or any variation on that though.

What I don't understand is people saying she 'had no right' to be on the panel. That is ridiculous. She is the 2nd most successful winner, she holds records that no other current British female artist has. And lets not forget the 3rd biggest selling debut single of the 21st Century. She had every right to be there. Anyway, I think the OK.com wasn't great and I'm a massive fan. I don't think it was the right time for her to do it anyway as she hadn't been doing much for the last year at the time and people hadn't heard anything from her so decided she wasn't worth supporting anymore but this isn't the end of her.. She'll be back on top, trust me. Whether you like it nor not, she isn't gone just yet.

Alexandra Burke is rotten. She looks like John Fashanu with a wig. That OK.COM comment last year was probably the most embarrassing thing I've ever witnessed on a tv show. Talk about making an arse of yourself.

Yes I know it was popular but not in UK media culture. I know about Tamar and her love of it, but until Alex said it, the phrase wasn't so widespread.....if .com was popular, then there wouldn't have been such a backlash against Alex when she said it. She made that phrase popular and it was trending on Twitter, in the news, you can even see it on Google search suggestions now, so it's no wonder people like Jessie J tried to copy it and get in on it's new-found infamy.
