I wouldn't want to see it. 
Firstly, wrt abusers, they don't abuse out of a "loss of control". They retain control, hence why only one (or maybe two) targets receive the abuse. To have Kirsty "lose control" would show a lack of understanding of abuse on the writer's part.
Secondly, the idea of having a baby murdered in a soap is a bit much for me. Seeing babies/children die is difficult enough; to see one murdered in a SL would be too much. I think infanticide is a SL that needs to stay off our screens.
