Matt Smith is stunning looking.
David Tennant, don't get the fuss about his looks. He's good looking, but dare I say it he always makes me think of Timmy Mallett.
Tom Baker, just oozed sexiness. The voice, the stature, the charm...

David Tennant = Yum on toast

I find Tennant attractive in a bland way. Smith looks very striking but I wouldn't describe him as being attractive- he looks like an old man!

So yeah, I vote McGann. Hell, he even looks good in the webisode!

And sorry, Granny, I don't think he needs a hook nose or any other "impediment" to improve his looks - he is just perfect as is ”

Funny but I think Tennant as himself is more attractive than him as 10 - not that I think that much about him anyway. Depending on the definition of attraction, I'd say McGann, definitely as the most conventionally good looking but all the others have charm or attraction in their own ways. I'd settle for 5, 8, 9 & 11 with all the others a close second...

I'm going to have to go with Paul McGann, especially the way he looked in the TV movie, with the longer hair (even though it's a wig, that's fine with me. Also, a lot of people seem to wear wigs these days on new Who. ).

And then David Tennant and Peter Davison. The others I would say are attractive, each in their own way, but can't really be considered good-looking in the usual sense of the word.

Matt Smith looked a little bow-legged to me. I've wondered if that is how he is naturally or if he was walking like that on purpose (to try to give the impression of age, etc.)

He has a surprisingly large chin as well.

And "delicate" eyebrows. Liked that line in TOTD. Almost as if SM wanted to get a few more good natured jibes in before Matt left. Ears like wing nuts as well, wasn't it? Something like that.

Matt clearly hasn't got vanity issues!

I only ever fancied Matt when he had his head shaved and was wearing a t-shirt. I wish he'd looked like this in the show!

David Tennant is very sexy. So he's probably my favourite.

But I've always had a soft spot for Paul McGann to. Can't think why . . .

pertwee was dashing, wearing the austin powers outfit in an entirely non ironic way, but it was tom baker's voice that made "womens' bosms tingle" (he used to get letters) ........

Paul McGann= absolutely gorgeous and the only Doctor I've ever fancied

Tennant and Smith have attractive personalities but aren't fanciable

Ah yes :P No wonder Uncle Monty went to all that effort!

He also wins for most attractive pretend doctor in Paper Mask (though he does go very creepy!)

I think Tennant and McGann are the sexiest Doctors, but they've all got something IMO.

Peter Capaldi is probably attractive to people of his age group.

My gf is 28 and has a huge crush on Capaldi.

I remember my Mum going on about how "dishy" Paul McGann was as 8 in the 90's as well.

Jenna Coleman is gorgeous though.

I think it has to be David Tennant, with Paul McGann a close second.

I have to say I don't agree with the OP about Matt Smith being model-esque. I love Matt, he's fabulous, but he's quite peculiar looking.

I think the Eleventh Doctor can be quite attractive at times, but it's down to his personality, not his looks.

The floppy hair helps, he looks much better with that. When we saw him without the hair I think it just highlighted the fact that he really isn't blessed with very good looks. (I don't mean that in a nasty way and I don't think that he needs to be in order to play the Doctor or most other roles for that matter.)

Also because David Tennant is so ridiculous good looking, whichever actor followed him, they were always going to look a bit plain by comparison, which is a shame really!

I could post this in the unpopular opinions thread as well.

I don't think at all David Tennant looks good. He's too smooth for my liking. Also too skinny...

Paul McGann.

Never had a crush on any of the Doctors.
