It won't. Flash Mobile is being discontinued, which I think is a mistake they've made too early on.
That said, if you find an APK. file you can install Flash on the Nexus 7. Then all you need to do is install Firefox and enable Flash. It'll be a bit slower than usual, but it works perfectly well.
