T-Mobile Billing Issue
Can anyone help please?
I know I should speak to T-Mobile themselves before posting on an Internet forum. But before I do I thought I might check anything I may need to be aware of before I speak to them. Basically I'm on the full monty sim only plan which is £21 per month but today my latest bill is £31.75 Now I know I rang directory enquires for less than a minute and I was charged £1.70 which should make the bill £22.70. Fine, fair enough I'll pay that. But I'm wondering where this £9.05 figure comes from? I also transferred my number from 3 to T-Mobile do whether or not I was charged for that I don't know because I can't even view the bill as a PDF document online. Has anyone had similar trouble with them before? |

Is this your first bill since you moved over? If so, you've been charged for part of this month, and for next month in advance which is usual. You always get charged the tariff for the month ahead, and then additional charges for the month just ended.

I've had this problem not too long ago, turned out it was costs for my upgrade, I told them I couldn't afford to pay it and they kindly reduced it by £30 which they say is the maximum they can reduce it.
It happened again last week, turned out my brother had been using it to call premium rate numbers, again they reduced it by £30 but I had to ask them if they could do that first. |
