Phil kicked people out of the home he got to live in with Kathy.
Neither were ok with it but they still lived there.
And since when was she friends with Alfie? He helped hide Chrissie and Jake (remember when Grant and Dennis went round there looking for them), his cousin killed her husband and Kat has been vile to her in the past. So I would say her moving in there is mild in comparison.

sharon felt guilty about making alfie loose his home. if she feels guilty she should offer to move out again.

alfie pays a lot of money to rent out the pub. pretty sure its illegal to move someone else in to take over the pub just because they have gone on holiday

Again he covered for Chrissie and Jake why should she care what he thinks or feels? He tried to let the murderer get away with it and Chrissie had illegally sold the pub which was actually her inheritance he was happy to see her out of pocket. I am surprised Sharon was not more angry.

I thought Kat and Sharon were supposed to have a frosty reaction to one another, but they seemed polite enough in the very few times they've interacted. (Or at least as polite as either of them can be nowadays).

alfie kat and tommy are a family. she's kicking a family out of their home. it doesnt matter what they have done to her before they pay a lot of money im still sure its illegal to do this unless you have settled on a contract and an agreement alfie could sue them

Sharon is not Shirley she has a good excuse not to like Alfie who screwed her over and trying to help aid the person who killed your father is not something you can just get over. Alfie was happy to screw over her getting justice for her father and see her out of pocket. Remember when Dennis and Grant went round there and he covered for Jake/Chrissie? If I was Sharon I would go for it. And it is really up to Phil, surely we should be blaming him not Sharon?

How is she as bad as Phil? Alfie did this to Sharon keeping her away from justice for her father and out of money. Sharon has every reason to dislike him but Phil is more at fault this is his pub not Sharon's. Maybe you would be ok with someone hiding your fathers murderer who also saw you out of lots of money? Not me.

And I do not remember an official contract, I remember a verbal agreement where Alfie half the time forgets to pay the rent and does things which could lose them their license all the time which at that point contract becomes invalid anyway. Maybe they got an official one but Phil could easily put them out. Selling knocked off booze is not only illegal but dangerous , Alfie could have killed someone. Phil can kick them out whenever.

pretty sure they'd have a contract. if alfie doesn't then he's an idiot. it will not matter to the court what has gone on before and i doubt sharon will even mention that. if someone is paying a lot of money to rent something out i think they'd have the right to sue. they are loosing their home and are being kicked out to live in the streets. sharon knows what that feels like seeing as she has been living in the B&B

Sue? I would love to see them try that one. Alfie was selling knocked off alcohol in the pub do you realise how serious offense that is? Forget just losing their liencese he would go back inside. People have died from doing what Alfie did. It is considered a very serious thing. And yeah I would kick out the man who did that to my father's murderer no hesititaton. Just because she has not mentioned it does not mean she has forgotten it. She does not need to mention it every episode for us to know she remembers. She brought up looking out for a brother when Dennis turned up in 2003 when she spoke to Phil, how she let him be there for his brother they had not mentioned it for years. How she let him say what he said, she had not confronted him about that before apart from a brief mention 8 years earlier in 1995 and if they can go back that far.
