White Comtrend Powerline adapter woes
A friend has BT Vision, which was installed with a pair of powerline adapters.
Both powerline adapters seem to have died. BT Vision is not used much so they could have been broken for a while. I have tried holding the Config/Reset button in for 10 secs on both adapters to do a factory reset, but all l get is a Red Status light on each one. The ethernet light on each powerline adapter does not light up when plugged into the router on either adapter. Any other ideas? |

Hi, follow this link to the BT http://http://bt.custhelp.com/app/an.../348,1155,2802 web help pages. There are serveral versions of adapters.

Ring BT Vision Help Line.
My adapters failed, rang Help Line, and adaptors replaced with no problems. |

Thanks for all the help.
@stewM, I had already looked at those docs on the BT website, was just wandering it there were any other tips. Have rung BT and new set of adapters should be with me tomorrow. |
