What's wrong with it?

It's the keys, the ones that are broken. We told Sony and they want to take it back to fix it for me, and they're gonna ring sometime by the end of the week to say when they're picking it up.

There's quite a few keys that need fixing as well so it might take a bit of time, unless they just replace the entire keyboard.
