so in ep 4 they left it on whether he was gonna shoot the rapist or let him go...but in ep 5 there was no mention of it.

for anyone that has watched the whole series, i dont want any detailed spoilers about it, but are they gonna reveal it or not?

i am watching channel 5 pace too. i only just remembered that when reading your post. i do tend to miss things though, reading forums certainly helps to fill out an episode. but it suggested it would carry on..

Nothing more is ever said about it in the show. The ending to that episode was INTENDED to be inconclusive, to make the viewer wonder what Reese ended up doing.

This is what I though too, I didn't expect to ever find out what actually happened just to come to your own conclusion based on what we know about the character.
